- Trim Touch Ups Only - Throughout home *may have slight difference in sheen/color
Does Not Include:
- Full Trim Painting
- Ceiling Painting
Scope of Work:
- Protection all surfaces not being painted
- Floor protection on all carpet and flooring
- Patch and Spackle all Nail holes necessary
- Sand all patches and Spray Can Texture as needed
- Spot Prime any bare drywall and spackled areas
- (2) Coats Brush and Roll Application
