Exterior Painting - Includes Labor, Paint, Equipment & Supplies

Surfaces Include:
Main Home - Siding, Soffits, Fascia, Window Frames, Door Frames, Down Spouts, Gutters, Garage Door, and Front Door

Does not Include:
- metal Windows

Exterior Scope of Work:

• Pressure wash of all Surfaces (after scraping loose paint chips) 
• Proper Surfaces Preparation on all unpainted areas
• Scraping of all additional peeling paint
• Priming of all Barewood surfaces - peel bond primer application on front and left side of home 
• Caulking of all window seams and siding gaps; caulk cracked siding with high grade caulk
• replace 2x6 corner wood fascia board in back
• Masking and prepping of all windows prior to paint application
• (2) Coats Spray and Back Roll

Paint:

• Siding: Sherwin Williams Premium Exterior Paint - Durarion Flat 
• trim, gutters, and downspouts: Sherwin Eilliams Premium Exterior Paint - Esmeralda Urethane
