• Main Home - Siding, Soffits, Fascia, Door Frames, Down Spouts, Gutters, and Garage Door (vinyl safe formula)
• Front Deck Railings 
• Small Back Deck Floor/Stairs/Rails
• Back Door/Door Frame

Does not Include:

• Vinyl Windows
• Front Door 
• Brick 

Exterior Scope of Work:

• Pressure wash of all Surfaces
• Proper Surfaces Preparation on all unpainted areas
• Scraping of all peeling paint as necessary
• Sanding and Priming of all Barewood surfaces
• Caulking of previously caulked window seams and siding gaps if cracked 
• Masking and prepping of all windows prior to paint application
• (2) Coats Spray Application on Siding/Brush and Roll Application on all Trim
