- (3) Garage Single Doors/Door Frames - double doors
- 1 garage fascia corner to corner
- (1) Right Side Window sill where miss growth is
- wash two gables from dirt and grime
Does not Include:
- Vinyl Windows
- all red window frames (only ones mentioned)
Exterior Scope of Work:
- Hand wash of all Surfaces
- Proper Surfaces Preparation on all unpainted areas
- Scraping of all peeling paint
- Sanding and Priming of all Barewood surfaces
- caulk where necessary
- oil stain blocking primer on double doors
- (2) Coats top coat application
