Surfaces Include:
- Spot Touch Ups throughout on Walls and Corner Trim baseboards
- (1) Wall Refresh in Living Room (feather out on top of window frame and bottom area behind curtain)
- (1) Wall Refresh corner to corner in Downstairs Bedroom (where stress crack is)
- Caulk Trim corners where separation is (see photos)
Scope of Work:
- Protection all surfaces not being painted
- Floor protection on all carpet and flooring
- Patch and mudding stress crack area in downstairs wall (bedroom)
- Sand all patches and Spray Can Texture where stress crack was
- Spot Prime any bare drywall and spackled areas
- Work closely with homeowners to identify areas to be touched up
- (1) Coat Refresh brush and roll application
- **Spot touch ups may have slight difference in sheen and color
Paint:
Walls: Sherwin Williams Promar 200 0 VOC Low Sheen (to match existing)
Trim: Use existing trim paint that is in garage.
