- Patch and Touch Up Walls
- Walls throughout
- Some areas will be wiped down
- Some Areas to be painted corner to corner
- Cracked ceiling area on main floors
- Caulk around sink and tubs

- (1) Back Exterior Railing where peeling (tricorn black)
- (1) Porcelain Sink - Bondo Crack, Sand, and Prime
- Tub and Tile Spray Epoxy Can
- Water Damaged Trim Baseboards
Scope of Work:
- Protection all surfaces not being painted
- Floor protection on all carpet and flooring
- Patch dents and damaged areas throughout
- Caulk gaps and Cracks
- Razor Water damaged baseboard swollen area; and bondo *presentable and not perfect
- Sand all patches and Spray Can Texture as needed
- (1-2) Coats Brush and Roll *Custom Match paint may have slight difference of sheen/color - will not be perfect

- Walls: Sherwin Williams SuperPaint Satin - To match existing Paint Colors
- Trim: Sherwin Williams Proclassic - Sheen TBD
- Kitchen Cabinet- Sherwin williams Proclassic - Sheen TBD
