- Stain Touch Ups on Top of All Railings
Exterior Scope of Work:
- Hand Wipe from dirt and debris of all affected areas to be stained
- Proper Surfaces Preparation on all unpainted areas
- Scraping of all peeling paint
- Remove and discard affected boards
- (2) Coats Brush and Roll Application
