Interior Painting - Includes Labor, Paint, & Supplies

Surfaces Include:

• Refresh Specific Gray Walls and White Walls (alotment of 2 painters for a day and 3 gallons of paint - all paint to be used up)
• Patch and Touch up Areas where Affected 
  • *Not all walls will be painted - focus on very notable walls) 

Scope of Work:

• Protection all surfaces not being painted
• Floor protection on all carpet and flooring
• Patch and Spackle damaged areas 
• Sand patched areas
• (1) Coats Brush and Roll (some areas to receive touch ups and some areas corner to corner)

Walls: Sherwin Williams Promar 200 0 VOC (Color and Sheen TBD)
