Scope of Work:
- Protection all surfaces not being painted
- Floor protection on all carpet and flooring
- Patch and Spackle Nail holes
- Sand all patches and Spray Can Texture as needed
- Spot Prime any bare drywall and spackled areas
- (1-2) Coats Brush and Roll
Paint:
Clients paint to be used - not responsible for mismatched paint and change order to be issued for additional corner to corner walls painting
