Preparation:

• Floor protection in the work area; plastic off areas to prevent dust
• 2x4 Wood install at base 
• Drywall Board Installation
• Tape and Mud affected surfaces; patch dents on affected wall 
• Sand to a smooth even surface 
• Orange Peel Texture as needed 
• Apply 1 Coat of Water Based Primer on affected Area Only
• (1-2) Coats Brush and Roll application of Top Coat 
• Redo floor in affected area (floor uneven and may cause future problems in the future)
• Reinstall existing baseboard, patch holes, and refresh paint  affected baseboards only

• 3.5 Walls Affected in Lower Basement Stair Area (Paint corner to corner)
