Crew Notes

JOB PLAN:(3½- 6 DAYS)

Arrive on sceduled time and unload supplies
Wait for Project Manager to go over Plan
Go in and set up masking, drop-cloths, and other tools you may need (details below of what you might need)(should take about 1-2hours)
TEST PRODUCTS FROM SW: Touch-up to see if match (10-30mins, while setting up masking)
If paint matches, tell PM so they can order the paint. If painy does not match, re-correct color at SW store and repeat process.
Start downstairs and repair nail noles, gashes in trim and drywall (5mins-1hour)
Let repair mud/wood putty dry (30mins-1hour)
Paint walls and ceilings(1-2 coats refresh)(1-3days), EXCLUDE INVERTED/RECESSED CEILING in left room of entryway
Touch-Up wainscoting and trim(2-6hours)
Paint EXTERIOR of front double doors(4-6 hours), preferably do this while interior walls/ceiling is being painted
Repeat procedure upstairs, Repair to Paint to Touch-up trim/wainscoting (1-2days)
Stairwell can be addressed before or after upstairs procedures. ONLY doing the spindels on handrails. Walls and ceiling full repaint. Wainscoting needs repair and touch-up (4-8hours)
*Particular doors, frames and trim may need wood putty and repair* (2-6 hours)
Clean-up and remove masking, load up vehicle with all waste and supplies (should take about 1- 2hours)
If client is present show them the work completed, ask if they have questions, comments, or concerns and THANK THEM for the opportunity to work with them and ask them to look for the Google Review emailed to them after invoicing (should take a few moments 5-10 mins)
LOG 'DAILY LOGS' and leave property

1 gal of primer where needed preferably Quick Dry (green label from Sherwin-Williams)
25-30 gals of MATCHED paint COLOR & SHEEN ( TBD, pickup at disclosed Paint Store w/primer)
