• Mud (2) Holes on Walls as Pictured 
• Heat gun and Sand Affected Areas
• Orange Peel Texture Application 
• (1) Coat Spot Primer Application
• (1-2) Coats Top Coat Touch Up Application Only (Paint may Not Match Exactly)

Does Not Include:

• Corner to Corner full wall repaint

Includes Labor and Materials: client providing white trim paint; we will provide brown stain match 

Preparation: 

• Wipe trimwork to remove dust & debris 
• Bondo corners and sculpt best we can
• Tape off floors and walls 
• (1-2) Coat touch up application using clients existing paint 

Areas Include:

• Entry Way and Hallway Trim Corners as pictured 
• (1) stained corner near stair
