JOB PLAN: 40-48 hours
CREW SIZE Required (2-3 persons)
- Go in and set up masking, drop-cloths, ladder and other tools you may need (details below of what you might need)(should take about 4-8 hours total)
- Prime w/ Quick Dry Primer over DARK WALLS , ready it for a topcoat (should take about 2-4 hours)
- Wait until it dries (should only take roughly 1hour)
- ALL Walls and Trim, needs only a REFRESH Coat (1coat) (24-32 hours)
- Ensure we get closets*
- Strip existing caulk from Tub and re-caulk Tub (1-2 hours)
- Remove/Install New blinds to be purchased by EQUIPPED PAINTING (Qty 2)(30mins-1hr)
- Remove/Install New light bulbs (Qty 10)(5-10mins)
- Clean-up and remove masking, load up vehicle with all waste and supplies (should take about 30 mins- 1hour)
- If client is present show them the work completed, ask if they have questions, comments, or concerns and THANK THEM for the opportunity to work with them and ask them to look for the Google Review emailed to them after invoicing (should take a few moments 5-10 mins)
- LOG 'DAILY LOGS' and leave property
MATERIALS/ PAINT/ SUPPLY CHECKLIST:
- masking tape
- 6' ladder
- caulking (white)
- drywall compound (for patching)
- sheet plastic
- drop-cloths
- paint brush
- 9" rollers, 4" mini-rollers, and frames for rollers
- ladder or brush/roller handle extension
- contractor trash bags
- rags for cleanup
- 1 gal of primer preferably Quick Dry (green label from Sherwin-Williams)
- 10 gals of Promar 200 Egshell sheen/ Custom color match
- ANYTHING ELSE NOT MENTIONED ABOVE THAT WOULD BE USEFUL ON THIS PROJECT

Surfaces Include:
- Walls and Trim Only
Does Not Include:
- Ceiling
Scope of Work
- Protection all surfaces not being painted
- Floor protection on all carpet and flooring
- Patch and Spackle all Nail holes
- Sand all patches and Spray Can Texture as needed; Remove Caulk around Tub and Recaulk; Caulk any cracks
- Spot Prime any bare drywall and spackled areas; Full Prime on Dark Room Walls

Walls and Trim: Promar 200 0 VOC Egshell (Color TBD)
Includes Labor and Materials
Ensure all lighting is working with matching bulbs in vanity. Bulbs replaced are TENANT CHARGE
- Replace 6 bulbs in Bathroom and 4 Bulbs in Bedrooms/Dining - Total 10
Install blinds in 2nd bedroom (currently missing), replace 2 missing vertical slats in living room, replace dining room blinds that are cracked/bent/broken
