Scope of Work:
- Protection all surfaces not being painted
- Floor protection on all carpet and flooring
- Patch and Spackle all Nail holes
- Sand all patches and Spray Can Texture as needed (tv mount and curtain rods to be removed)
- Spot Prime any bare drywall and spackled areas
- (2) Coats Brush and Roll Application
