Project Scope - Decks & Fences

JOB SITE CLEANLINESS

Daily Cleanup of site. Tools/ladders/equipment returned to staging area.
 

SURFACE PREPARATION 

Soft wash & Rinse

Mild, eco friendly, biodegradable detergent applied using pressure washer to any areas that will be painted. Surfaced rinsed.

Remaining contaminants, growth, etc. will be removed during painting by scraping, sanding, priming or hand-washing as determined by contractor.

Areas of Peeling paint

Each area is scraped to fully remove any peeling paint. 

Deck Floor / Stairs

Coating is applied to surface. Sides brushed to 1/8” depth if gap allows; underside(s) of decks and stairs are not coated.
