Preparation:

• All cracks and nail holes will be caulked and filled where necessary
• Cover and protect all floors and furniture with drop cloths and plastic sheets where necessary
• To ensure proper paint adhesion, all glossy surfaces and trim will be sanded and cleaned (as needed). Any rough areas will be sanded to remove flaking paint. 
• Remove & replace ceiling vents where necessary
• Mask fans & light fixtures where necessary

• Check Doors for Drips & Inconsistencies
• Sand if Necessary
• Re-Spray / Touchup If Necessary 
• Re-Install Doors
• Re-Install Hinges
• Re-Install Handles 
• Quality Control Door(s) Open & Close Properly
