- Spot prime bare surfaces as needed
- Trench Perimeter (To paint underneath where grass has grown, dirt or rocks have risen next to surface)
- Re-Caulk All Windows (If Applicable)
- Seal All Cracks Using Elastomeric Stucco-Patch
- Tape All Window Panes To Ensure Straight Lines
- Plastic All Windows (If Applicable)
- Prime All Walls Using Loxon Conditioner

We propose hereby to furnish material and labor - complete in accordance with above specifications.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to the specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate.
This quote is valid for the next 30 days, after which values may be subject to change. A 1/3 deposit is required up front to get on our schedule. Final payment is due upon completion of the work listed above.
All our exterior work comes with a 2 year warranty from date of completion. It is guaranteed not to blister, chip, or peel from ordinary wear and tear. If it does (due to workmanship) Summit Painting & More will repair said areas at no additional expense to the current homeowner.
There is a 5 day touchup period where we will come and fix any issues you may see. In the case that touchups are needed, please email "touch-up request" to us and we will take care of it.
Right to cancel, You the buyer may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the 5th business day, or 7th business day if the buyer is at least 65 after the date of this transaction. If for any reason you choose to cancel this agreement, an email must be received by Summit Painting & More prior to midnight of the 5th business day, or 7th business day if you are at least 65 years of age. If you choose to cancel after this rescission period has passed, 50% of your deposit is refundable. If either party commences legal action to enforce its rights pursuant to this agreement, the prevailing party in said legal action shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of litigation relating to said legal action, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.
