- The contractor will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline.
- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or supplier issues may occur, and the contractor will communicate any delays promptly to the homeowner.
- The contractor will not be held responsible for delays beyond their control but will make reasonable efforts to minimize any impact on the project timeline.
Warranty:
- The contractor will provide a warranty for the services provided as specified in the contract.
- The warranty period and any exclusions or limitations will be clearly outlined in the contract.
- The homeowner is responsible for following any maintenance guidelines provided by the contractor to maintain the validity of the warranty.
Insurance and Liability:

Changes and Amendments:
