We take all glass doors to a glass specialist to remove and install the glass. This helps us to ensure nothing is broken and it is done by someone who specializes in that area.
Doors are prepped, sanded, primed (two coats sanded in between), and coated with a 2K Pigmented Polyurethane coating imported from Italy.
PRE-PAINTED:We do an adhesion test with existing paint. If the current paint has good adhesion and without chipping, peeling or scratching off, we prep well and then sand. If the adhesion is failing, we strip the doors, clean with denatured alcohol, sand, and go through our process.

To have things sprayed on-site, the site must be fully masked for safety and the best results. Ventilation units, plastic, zip poles, masking tape, sprayers, floor covers and ceiling protection will all be brought to the site and the area will be masked off for spraying.
Holes are filled with Bondo (two passes sanded in between), followed by glazing putty after every coat to be sure previous holes are no longer visable.
Holes are first measured with a jig, then with a tape, and then we use the hardware itself as our third measuring point to ensure accuracy before drilling.
